OCM has a full-time Elderly Outreach Liaison that provides the following services for elders age 60 and above in the state of Minnesota:
- Information and referral to social, employment, SSI, housing, health and related services.
- Interpretation and translation services.
- Assistance on immigration and family reunion issues.
- Referral to ESL/Citizenship class.
- Legal support services.
- Home visit.
- Transportation.
- Arranging social gatherings and educational sessions.
